D O R T A journalling workshops gently guide you through the process of how to start journalling to improve your wellbeing.

We also consider how other forms of meaning-making can be incorporated into our journalling practices, such as colour, texture, memory and the cycles of nature.

With a background in French and Spanish with a focus on visual communication, as well as being a keen journaller since childhood, Bethan shares with you the magic that can happen when we begin to put our thoughts to paper and play with the way we view, write and use our words.
